Today’s Prayer
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. —2 Timothy 3:16-17 (NIV)
Dear heavenly Father, thank you for providing us with your Word through the Bible. Thank you for filling us with faith to believe all the contents of the Bible are true. Thank you for pastors and teachers who are so willing to explain your Word to us. Please bless them and fill them with your Holy Spirit that their teaching will be true Bible teaching, so our faith can grow in true knowledge of you. Through that knowledge make us willing and able to do good works out of thankful service to you and to our neighbors. Hear our prayer, Father, as we pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Tough Questions, Gospel-Established Answers
There are few things worse than not being able to answer an important question, especially spiritual ones. Whether it's talking with someone or just doing some soul-searching, it's painful to be uncertain . Today, we begin a Bible study series based on the book of Romans which will help us answer tough questions. Topics will include homosexuality, government, other Christian churches, and why some are not saved. Each week the Holy Spirit will give us gospel-established answers that help us tackle the tough questions others ask about our faith... and the questions we ask ourselves.
