Mike has been a WELS member since the day he was born. He was a member of St. Lucas in Bay View (Milwaukee, WI) and attended grade school there. He went to high school at Northwestern Prep in Watertown from 1968-1972 and Northwestern College in Watertown from 1972-1974.  At St. Lucas, he served as an usher, sang in the choir, and was an Elder.
 
For 35 years he worked in the auto industry.....American Motors through to Chrysler. He now lives in Kansasville with my lovely wife, Sue, and runs a one man handyman business.
 
He very much appreciates being elected by our voting membership to the office of president and is looking forward to the challenges that may come. In all things, God’s will be done!
